Oakleaf Village of Lexington is an assisted living community managed by Royal Senior Care and located next to Lexington Middle School, near beautiful Lake Murray in the Midlands of South Carolina. We provide amenities and services which enable you to be as independent as possible, in a safe, beautiful, hotel-like setting. Our professional caregiving staff is here 24/7 to offer assistance. Our basic services include, but are not limited to: Three meals each day in our dining room, administration of your medications, weekly laundry and housekeeping services, and routine safety checks. Advanced services can include, but are not limited to: Assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming, mobility assistance, incontinence care, bedtime assistance, and monitoring of unstable medical conditions. Each private apartment has a kitchenette, private bathroom, Time Warner Cable and the option of a private phone line and personal security pendant. We offer weekly shopping trips and outings to local events and sites. Our Theater is a great place to watch a good movie or sporting event. FOX Rehab provides in-house therapy which is covered by Medicare Part B.
