Open Door Health Center

Operational since 1993, Open Door Health Center has been a nonprofit organization, located in Mankato, Minn. The centre specializes in providing health care services to medically underserved people in Southern Minnesota. It offers an array of services, such as medical, dental, medication assistance and behavioral to its residents. Open Door Health Center serves 12 counties in Southern Minnesota comprising of Brown, Blue Earth, Faribault, Rice, Freeborn, Le Sueur, Martin, Nicollet, Sibley, Steele, Waseca and Watonwan.
