Optimal Home Health Care

Optimal Health Services provides a variety of home health care and hospice care services to families in their own homes, as well as offers a day care for children with medical complications. It is a community-based organization that has been focusing on an improvement in the quality of life for families in California since 1984. The organization, located in Bakersfield, Calif., provides 24-hour nursing services, rehabilitation therapy and assistance with daily activities, such as dressing and bathing. Optimal Health Services also coordinates prescribed medications and medical equipment. The organization offers respite care and grief support to families through the bereavement program. Optimal Home Health is a Medicare-certified agency and has been approved by the Accreditation Commission for Home Care.
