Pioneer Ridge is a retirement community that offers a range of assisted living and nursing care services. The community operates the Pioneer Ridge Health Center, which features more than 55 private and semiprivate beds. The Pioneer Ridge Health Center also provides rehabilitative and social services. Pioneer Ridge also operates Pioneer Ridge Assisted Living, which maintains one-bedroom and deluxe suite apartments. Pioneer Ridge Assisted Living features a dining room, library and fitness center. It provides housekeeping, laundry and shopping services, as well as maintains a barbershop. Pioneer Ridge is a part of Midwest Health Management, which operates Alma Manor and Lexington Park Nursing.
