Come home to The Plaza at Clover Lake! The Plaza at Clover Lake is a senior residence for independent older adults located on a lush, 135 acre site in Carmel, New York. In operation since 2000, we provide friendly, quality service in the most respectful, attentive, and responsible manner. Our most important objective is to ensure that the residents of our facility have a positive experience living here. Our residents can focus on their quality of life because we provide 3 meals a day, maid service once a week, scheduled car service, and an activity program 7 days per week - thus our slogan, Carefree Senior Living. We have 100 apartments including single studios, deluxe studios, a 1 bedroom suite, a deluxe 1 bedroom, and a few 2 bedroom apartments. Every unit contains a kitchen banquette and a handicapped equipped/sized bathroom. We rent these apartments on a 12 month lease with a 30 day termination clause, Prices for our units range from $2500 to $5000 all inclusive of the services mentioned above. Our dining room offers a home-cooked, restaurant-style dining experience.
