Pleasantview Care

Based in Parma, Ohio, Pleasantview Care Center provides skilled care, rehabilitation and long-term care services. It is family owned and has been operational and serving the surrounding community since 1971. It is licensed by the Ohio Department of Health and is a Medicare and Medicaid-certified facility. In addition, the facility is a member of the Ohio Academy of Nursing Homes. It offers a variety of services that include music and art therapies, fitness classes including tai chi and strength training routines and worship services provided by individuals of various faiths from the local religious community. The facility also provides a wide range of recreational activities, such as a talking book program, weekly outings to places of interest and sporting events, movies with theater snacks, social events with local entertainers, annual carnivals, bingo and card clubs and intergenerational programs with local elementary school.
