Project Independence

The Vantage Foundation is a nonprofit organization that has been serving various adults with developmental disabilities since 1976. The organization is licensed by the Federal Department of Social Services and the Developmental Disabilities Center to provide behavior management and adult development programs. It maintains a network of policy makers, service providers, advocates, and consumers and their families. The Vantage Foundation s behavior management programs utilize assessment and reinforcement surveys to develop, monitor and adapt strategies for patients. The organization additionally offers a range of employment support services that includes job development and the coordination of tax credit qualifications, as well as supports employers through training sessions and follow-ups. The Vantage Foundation maintains one of its locations in Anaheim, Calif.
