Senior Fit

The Senior Fit team provides certified health, fitness, and mobility training consultants that understand Senior age-related conditions. We personally design healthy activities and teach senior adults how to become and remain fit and strong. We travel to your home and get you moving and mobile with a variety of fun, interesting and effective activities to do under complete supervision.
