Servants Heart Svc

Founded in 2005, Servant's Heart Services is a medical facility that provides a range of residential care services for individuals of all ages. It serves the residents of Carroll, Cass, Clinton, Fulton, Howard, Miami, Pulaski, Tippecanoe, Tipton, Wabash, and White counties in Indiana. The center offers skilled nursing, medication administration, case management, massage therapy, monitoring, physical evaluation and patient education services. It additionally provides a variety of personal care services, including bathing, dressing, shaving, ambulation assistance, toileting, and hair and nail care. The center also provides assistance in housekeeping, grocery shopping, transportation, laundry, snow removal and meal preparation. Servant's Heart Services is located in Logansport, Ind.
