Sofia's Home is a level three adult care home located in a lovely suburban neighborhood in Tualatin, OR. Our home accommodates five residents comfortably and is wheelchair accessible. We are owned and operated by a nurse practitioner who has over ten years experience in a hospital and a resident care manager who specializes in geriatric care and home hospice.
