Sonora Regional Home Health-Angels Camp

At Sonora Regional Home Health, we strive to provide quality care that supports the mind, body and spirit. Our home health care team partners with our patients and their physicians to develop a personalized plan of care to suit their medical needs, minimizing the need for hospital visits and stays. Our staff includes registered nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, medical social workers and home health aides. Sonora Regional Home Health is a fully licensed, nonprofit organization that cares for all patients of any age. Service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week in Tuolumne and Calaveras Counties. In 2014, we provided home care services for over 2,300 patients.
