Spruce Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation

Spruce Manor offers skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. We provide rehabilitative services for post-surgical patients as well as cardiac/stroke recovery, IV therapy, wound care and more. Our interdisciplinary team, including physical, occupational and speech therapists, collaborates to create individualized treatment plans that maximize each patients healing and quality of life.
