I offer nearly a decade's experience in weight loss/management, toning, youth fitness, sport-specific training, nutrition coaching, pre/post natal training, triathlon training, injury prevention/rehabilitation, and special populations training. No equipment or gym membership is needed. I will cover every aspect of your fitness needs and you WILL reach your goals! Referrals provided. First session is complimentary.
