At Trusted Source Homecare, our caregivers are our greatest asset. They all undergo an extensive hiring process, including a 50 state background check, fingerprinting, drug screening, and a three phase interview process. They then go through our in-house red cross training program, which is ongoing as well. They are also CPR and First Aid certified. Each of our caregivers are insured, bonded, and must have a negative TB test.
