The University Park Nursing Center is a nursing and rehabilitation facility that offers a 100-plus bed facility. The nursing home provides both private and semiprivate rooms, which are Medicare and Medicaid certified. Located in Fort Wayne, Ind., it has a staff of professionals, including admissions coordinator, social workers, certified and licensed nursing staff and business office managers. University Park Nursing Center offers a wide range of in-house activities, such as baking, bingo, entertainment groups, in-house religious services, school groups and crafts. Additionally, the nursing center offers 24-hour nursing services and custodial care, including assistance with daily living skills, such as bathing, dressing, grooming and eating.
