CMS, a federal agency, has certified the center to participate as a provider of Medicare and Medicaid services. Located in Van Buren, Ark., Van Buren Healthcare & Rehabilitation provides a variety of therapy programs that include range of motion, dining, ambulation, contracture management and cognitive/speech. In addition, the center provides a wide range of services, such as on-site beauty salon, showers, full salad bar, activates/outings and laundry, among others.
