The building is located right off 87th Street and Pflumm and provides an all inclusive rate for care and services. Included in the pricing is rent, utilities, housekeeping, laundry, activities, scheduled transportation, three meals per day, and assistance with medication, bathing and dressing. all at one affordable monthly payment. We accept long term care insurance and veterans benefits along with private pay.
