Wright Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

Operational for more than five years, the Wright Nursing and Rehabilitation Center provides a range of medical and short- and long-term care services. It offers discharge planning, cognitive assessment, wound management, and gait, balance, and fall recovery programs. The center provides treatment for amputation, strokes, brain injuries, multiple sclerosis, dementia, swallowing disorders and neuro-muscular dysfunction. The Wright Nursing and Rehabilitation Center also offers respiratory monitoring, optometry, dental, and hospice and respite care services. It additionally offers physical, occupational and speech therapies for people suffering from dysphasia and Parkinson s disease. The center operates a memory care unit for the patients of Alzheimer s disease and provides counseling, assisted living and imaging services, including on-site X-rays. The Wright Nursing and Rehabilitation Center features a patio and courtyard and is a part of Covenant Care, which also operates the Edgewood Manor Nursing Center and the Versailles Health Care Center. It maintains a location in Fairborn, Ohio.
