Hospice Care is a nonprofit organization located in Stoneham, Mass. The organization provides hospice and in-home care services for terminally ill patients. The services offered by the organization include respite and pastoral care, pain and symptom management, medication monitoring and deliveries and assistance with bathing, dressing and daily activities. It also provides medication equipment and offers palliative care that includes chemotherapy, dialysis and radiation therapies. The organization provides emotional, social and spiritual support to patients and families. It also has a center for grief and healing that provides counseling and grief and loss recovery programs.
