Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice

Central Vermont Home Health and Hospice is a nonprofit, Visiting Nurse Association that provides home health and hospice care services. Located in Barre, Vt., the agency offers maternal and child health programs, and promotes the general welfare of the citizens of central Vermont with health promotion and long-term care services. Its home care programs offer a variety of services, including nursing, assessments, evaluations, medication management, counseling, and physical, occupational and speech therapists. The agency s services and facilities also includes caregiver and bereavement support, music therapy, volunteer training, clinical and child care, pain and symptom management, housekeeping, running errands, meal preparation and reading. Central Vermont Home Health and Hospice is approved by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
