What makes a lead exclusive?
In your ZIP codes we run Meta and Google ads for your agency only, and every lead from your campaigns goes only to you. We never sell or share it with other agencies, so you are not racing four competitors to call back first.
Does this change my CareEven.com listing?
No. Exclusivity is about the ads we manage for you on Meta and Google. The CareEven.com directory is separate: other agencies in your area can still be listed there and receive family requests through their own listings.
How do territories work?
Your territory is a set of ZIP codes we agree on when you enroll and confirm in writing. We only run CashPay ads for one agency in the same ZIP codes, so once they are taken they stay closed to other agencies while your subscription is active.
How many leads can I expect?
Our general benchmark is about 10 to 20 inquiries per $1,000 in ad spend. That is an estimate, not a guarantee. Results depend on your market, budget, season and how fast your team follows up, and we show you every lead and result in your monthly report.
Is there a long term contract?
No. Plans are month to month. To cancel, give us 30 days written notice. Service continues during the notice period and your ZIP codes stay protected until the cancellation date.
What if a lead has a fake phone number?
Report it within 7 days and we will review it. Leads with disconnected numbers, made up details or duplicates may qualify for a replacement or credit after we verify them. A family that does not answer is not an invalid lead, which is why fast follow up matters so much.
Can AI call my leads for me?
Yes, as an optional add on. Our AI lead follow up assistant can call new leads within seconds, ask about care needs and help book consultations, for leads who agreed to automated calls. It is part of our Marketing Overhaul.
Who pays for the ads?
You do, directly to the ad platforms, so you always own your ad accounts and data. We recommend $500 to $1,000 a month to start.
