Vaughan Community Health Services is a nonprofit organization that provides a variety of free health care services for individuals of all ages. It offers services to the citizens of Dallas County in Alabama. The organization provides health screening services for glucose, cholesterol, weight, blood pressure and body mass index. Vaughan Community Health Services operates a retirement community, Vaughan Place Senior Living Community, which offers a range of assisted and independent living solutions for senior citizens.
