Mt Greylock Extended Care

Mt. Greylock Extended Care, an affiliate of Berkshire Healthcare, is a nursing care facility that provides long-term rehabilitation programs to patients and senior citizens. The center offers private and semiprivate rooms with attached bathroom and lounge areas. It provides a variety of services, including hospice and respite care; pain and wound management; dietician and psychiatric counseling; and medication monitoring. The additional services offered by the center include an on-site X-ray, dental, optometry and podiatry services. It also provides speech, physical, occupational and recreational therapies to patients.
