The mission of the Allina Health Hospice Foundation is to serve patients and their families by raising funds for end-of-life care that provides peace, dignity and comfort. Allina Health Hospice is the largest not-for-profit hospice in Minnesota, providing more than 133,000 visits a year to patients and family members living in the Twin Cities and 34 surrounding counties.
