Rockingham Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice is a community-based, nonprofit home health agency that serves the adult population of Rockingham County and the surrounding communities of Durham and Lee in New Hampshire. It is an affiliate of Exeter Health Resources and is provides home care, hospice, and community outreach programs and services to individuals. It offers adult health promotion and health education programs and a wide range of services, including health and nutrition; education and medication; health counseling; and hospice and end of life issues. The organization provides more than 20 community clinics, including diabetes support group, ostomy support group, foot care clinics and blood pressure clinics. Rockingham Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice was founded in 1990, and is located in Exeter, N.H.
