Hospice of St Mary's

Established in 1981, the Hospice of St. Mary's is a nonprofit social service agency that provides physical, psychological and spiritual care services. The agency offers grief support services to individuals with the pain of loss related to death, divorce, suicide, relocation and life changes. It provides counseling services for individuals, groups and families. The Hospice of St. Mary's offers services in coordination with doctors, nurses, social workers, bereavement counselors, home health aides and chaplain. The agency also offers behavioral care, crisis intervention and case management services. In addition, it provides physical, occupational speech and respiratory therapies. The Hospice of St. Mary's offers home medication programs for pain and symptom control. Located in Leonardtown, Md., the agency is a part of St. Mary s Hospital.
