The Moorings at Lewes, A Springpoint Community

Winchester Gardens is steeped in history. Since 1927, our nonprofit retirement community has served generations of residents who've discovered a luxury lifestyle surrounded by 37 acres of lush landscaping. Our Great Hall was designed by famed architect John Russell Pope, and our breathtaking gardens were crafted by the Olmsted Brothers, whose father designed Central Park in New York City. This purposeful design extends to our mission that ensures residents always come first. Visit us today!
