VNA of Hanover & Spring Grove

As a community-based, not-for-profit agency, the Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) of Hanover & Spring Grove is dedicated to bringing professional health care to the home and teaching families how to care for their loved ones in all stages of life. Through our two lines of service - Home Health and Hospice - the VNA of Hanover & Spring Grove provides a continuum of high-quality, compassionate care for our neighbors in all of Adams County and Southwestern York County. VNA Home Health is for individuals who have recently had surgery, been hospitalized, suffered an accident, or are experiencing an acute illness. VNA Hospice addresses the unique needs that individuals and families face at the end of life wherever they call home.
