Water Run Landing is a senior living community that includes Highland Oaks at Water Run, a personal care home of Penn Highlands WRC Senior Services that includes a three-story personal care community with accommodations for 60 older adults. Water Run Landing also includes The Villas at Water Run, a residential community with many amenities.
