What happens after 14 days?
Your plan renews at the full monthly price, $39.99 for Gold or $59.99 for Platinum, and continues month to month until you cancel.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard or by emailing support@careeven.com. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then it ends. We do not give refunds for partial periods.
Can I start free and upgrade later?
Of course. Start on Basic and upgrade to Gold or Platinum whenever you are ready.
Is claiming my existing listing free?
Yes. You can claim your listing on the free Basic plan, or pick Gold or Platinum when you claim it to stand out right away.
How do families contact me?
Every plan shows your phone number. Gold and Platinum also show your website and email and let families message you directly from your listing.
What are care finder referrals?
Families often ask our team for help finding care through our free care finder. On Platinum, when a family needs the kind of care you offer in your area, we send them to you first.
What does "no competitor listings" mean?
On a Basic listing, families also see other nearby providers at the bottom of the page. On Gold and Platinum we remove that section, so your page is all about you.
