Is this really everything for one price?
Yes. The $349 a month covers the website with online booking and a chat bot, the AI receptionist with 250 minutes (calls only), instant alerts and follow ups, SEO and blog posts, the ads trainings and 30 social posts. There is a $199 one time setup fee.
What is not included?
Text messaging, which is the only add-on: $50 a month for 1,000 texts plus a $99 one time setup fee. Ad spend is also not included, because it is paid directly to Google and Meta.
Will this guarantee new clients or first page rankings?
No honest company can promise rankings or a number of new clients, because that depends on your market, competition and budget. We promise a professional foundation built right, so you are set up to compete.
Is there a contract?
No. It is month to month and you can cancel anytime. Services that run on the partner systems, like the AI receptionist, chat bot and booking, stop when you cancel. A website we build can be transferred to another agency for a fee if moved within the first 6 months.
Can the AI receptionist handle health information?
It is built for general inquiries like services, availability and callbacks. It should not be used to collect or discuss protected health information unless agreed in writing.

The CareEven Marketing Overhaul is offered in partnership with Businessmold.com. The $349 monthly price covers only the services and allowances described here. A one time setup fee of $199 is charged when you sign up.
Website: one standard business website of up to 5 core pages, or a redesign of one existing site of similar scope, with online booking and an AI chat bot in their standard setup. Online stores, directories, custom applications and advanced integrations are not included unless agreed in writing. Additional pages, premium software, domains, stock media or photography may cost extra. Two reasonable revision rounds are included.
AI receptionist and chat bot: 250 AI voice minutes per billing month, calls only. Unused minutes do not roll over. Extra usage is billed separately and confirmed with you first. AI can make mistakes, so you remain responsible for reviewing its setup and conversations. It does not replace licensed professional advice, emergency services or required human communication, and it should not be used for protected health information unless agreed in writing.
Text messaging add-on: $50 per month for up to 1,000 text messages a month, plus a $99 one time SMS setup fee. Carrier registration rules and recipient consent requirements apply.
SEO and blog posts: on site SEO and blog posts written from information you provide. Off site SEO such as backlinks is not included. No guarantee of rankings, traffic or new clients.
Ads training: educational material so you can manage your own ads. Ad spend is not included and is billed by the ad platforms.
Social content: one batch of 30 posts with captions, ready for you to publish. Posting and ongoing management are not included.
Payments: monthly fees and setup fees are not refundable. You can cancel anytime and service continues until the end of the paid period, under our refund and cancellation policy.
