CashPay Clients Accelerator Program Terms

Last updated October 13, 2026.

Effective date: October 13, 2026.

These Program Terms and Conditions govern participation in the CareEven CashPay Clients Accelerator and Exclusive Home Care Leads program (the "Program"). CareEven.com is owned and operated by Saveure, LLC, Altamonte Springs, FL 32714 ("CareEven," "we," "us"). By subscribing to the Program, the participating home care agency ("Client") agrees to these terms.

The short version
  • We run Meta and Google ads that bring you new private pay home care inquiries, and in your ZIP codes we run these ads for your agency only.
  • A lead is an expression of interest, not a signed client. We do not guarantee a number of leads, clients or revenue.
  • Month to month, no long term contract. Cancel with 30 days written notice.
  • Report invalid leads within 7 days. Unresponsive leads are not invalid.
  • Fast follow up wins. Aim to contact every lead within 10 minutes.
Part one: the Program

1. Program overview

CareEven provides digital marketing and lead generation services that connect home care agencies with individuals and families interested in private pay home care.

The Program focuses on non medical home care, including companionship, personal care, homemaking, respite care and related services. CareEven does not specialize in Medicare, Medicaid, insurance funded or government waiver referrals.

CareEven generates new inquiries through targeted marketing campaigns. We do not sell preexisting lead lists, and we do not resell leads generated for other participating agencies.

2. Exclusive leads and territory

  • Exclusivity is about ad management. Within a Client's territory, CareEven runs CashPay ad campaigns on Meta, Google and similar platforms for that Client only, and not for competing agencies.
  • Leads from a Client's campaigns go only to that Client and are not shared with or resold to competing agencies.
  • Territories are defined by specific ZIP codes agreed upon during enrollment and confirmed in writing by CareEven.
  • Exclusivity does not apply to CareEven.com. Other agencies in the same area may still be listed in the CareEven directory, claim listings, buy listing plans and receive family requests through the website, and the Program does not change how any agency appears there.
  • Territory exclusivity remains valid only while the agency keeps an active subscription in good standing.
  • When a subscription ends, CareEven may immediately make the assigned ZIP codes available to other agencies.
  • Exclusivity does not prevent prospective clients from contacting other home care providers on their own.

3. Lead qualification and information

CareEven uses targeted advertising, lead forms and other marketing methods to attract families interested in home care. Depending on what the prospect provides, lead details may include:

  • Name and contact information, including phone number and email address.
  • Requested home care services.
  • Location or ZIP code.
  • Expected care needs and preferred schedule.
  • Expected weekly care hours.
  • Private pay interest or budget, when available.
  • Whether the prospect agreed to calls and texts using automated technology or an AI voice assistant.

Not every lead includes all of this information. CareEven does not guarantee that every inquiry will meet the Client's financial, scheduling or service requirements. A lead is an expression of interest, not a confirmed appointment, signed service agreement or paying client.

4. Expected lead volume

Our general performance benchmark is about 10 to 20 inquiries per $1,000 in advertising spend. Actual results vary with location, advertising competition, season, budget, campaign performance and market demand.

These figures are estimates, not guaranteed minimums. CareEven does not guarantee a specific number of leads, consultations, signed clients, revenue or return on advertising spend unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

Part two: money and term

5. Pricing, ad budget and payment

  • Program pricing and packages are published at careeven.com/exclusive-leads.
  • Advertising budgets are separate from CareEven's management fees unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • Any setup fee is disclosed before enrollment.
  • Monthly management fees are billed in advance on the agreed billing cycle.
  • Advertising costs are paid under the arrangement set up with the advertising platform or with CareEven.
  • Optional services, such as the AI lead follow up assistant, website development, SEO and other marketing services, may cost extra.

Fees for services already performed are not refundable, except as required by law, as described in section 6, or as expressly provided in a written agreement.

6. Contract length and cancellation

The Program is month to month, with no long term commitment.

  • Clients may cancel at any time by giving 30 days written notice.
  • Cancellation takes effect 30 calendar days after CareEven receives the written notice.
  • Services and subscription charges continue during the 30 day notice period.
  • Any charge covering service after the effective cancellation date will be prorated or refunded, as applicable.
  • Outstanding balances and charges incurred before the effective cancellation date remain payable.
  • Territory exclusivity ends on the effective cancellation date.

Send cancellation requests in writing to support@careeven.com or to your CareEven account manager.

Part three: working the leads

7. Invalid, unreachable and replacement leads

CareEven works to generate genuine, exclusive inquiries from people interested in private pay home care.

Reporting an invalid lead

Report a potentially invalid lead within 7 calendar days of receiving it. Reports after that are not eligible for review or replacement. Examples of potentially invalid leads:

  • A disconnected or nonexistent phone number.
  • Clearly fabricated contact information.
  • A duplicate lead from the same campaign that is not a separate inquiry.
  • A demonstrably fraudulent submission.

CareEven may ask for supporting information, such as call logs, to verify the claim.

Unreachable leads

A lead is not invalid just because the prospect:

  • Does not answer calls or reply to texts or emails.
  • Changes their mind or postpones care.
  • Chooses another provider.
  • Declines a consultation or does not attend one.

Unresponsive leads do not automatically qualify for a replacement, credit or refund.

Review and resolution

CareEven reviews qualifying reports made within the 7 day window. Any replacement or credit depends on verification and approval under the applicable service agreement. Submitting a claim does not guarantee a replacement, credit or refund.

8. Client follow up

Fast, steady follow up is the biggest factor in results. CareEven strongly recommends that agencies:

  • Try to contact each new lead within 10 minutes, sooner if possible.
  • Make several contact attempts when a prospect does not respond.
  • Use calls, texts and email where appropriate and legally allowed.
  • Keep a consistent follow up process and keep records of outreach attempts.
  • Have trained staff available to answer inquiries and schedule consultations.

Prompt follow up can improve contact rates, but results vary and CareEven does not guarantee any particular improvement. CareEven is not responsible for lost opportunities caused by delayed outreach, too little follow up, unavailable staff or the Client's sales and intake process.

9. Optional AI lead follow up assistant

For agencies that want faster responses and less manual work, CareEven offers an optional AI lead follow up assistant through our Marketing Overhaul, delivered in partnership with Businessmold.com. Depending on the service selected, the assistant can:

  • Call new leads within seconds of a form submission, when the lead agreed to automated and AI calls.
  • Ask qualifying questions about care needs and collect more information.
  • Help schedule consultations.
  • Share lead activity and follow up notes with your team.

This service costs extra and is not part of the standard Program unless stated in writing. The assistant tells people it is an automated AI assistant, gives notice when a call is recorded, and stops when someone asks it to. It does not give medical advice and is not for emergencies. Use of automated calling, texting and AI features is subject to the consent, privacy and telecommunications rules in sections 11 and 12.

10. No guaranteed conversion

CareEven's responsibility is to provide the agreed marketing and lead generation services. Turning leads into paying clients depends on things outside our control, including:

  • Speed and consistency of follow up.
  • Staff communication and sales skills.
  • Service pricing and availability.
  • The family's financial situation.
  • Competitor offers and market conditions.
  • The Client's reputation and service quality.

CareEven does not guarantee that leads will become paying clients or any amount of revenue.

Part four: consent, compliance and data

CashPay campaign lead forms are built for each Client's campaign on Meta, Google or a campaign landing page. They name the Client's agency as the business that will contact the prospect, and ask permission for that contact. CareEven handles the lead only as the Client's marketing service provider. A separate, optional box asks whether that contact may include calls and texts using automated technology, prerecorded or artificial voices, or an AI voice assistant. Agreeing is never a condition of getting care or buying anything. Each lead shows which permissions the prospect gave, and CareEven keeps a record of the consent language, time and page, available to the Client on request.

If a lead did not agree to automated or AI contact, the Client may only reach out by manually dialed calls, personal emails or other contact the law allows without that consent.

12. Client compliance

Clients must keep all licenses, registrations and authorizations needed to provide their advertised services, and must comply with all federal, state and local laws on marketing, consumer communications, privacy and home care. That includes:

  • Calls and texts. The Telephone Consumer Protection Act and FCC rules, including the rule that AI generated voices are artificial voices that need prior express consent, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, and state laws such as the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act and similar laws in other states.
  • Calling hours. No automated or marketing calls or texts before 8 a.m. or after 8 p.m. in the prospect's local time, or narrower hours where state law requires.
  • Opt outs. Honoring any request to stop, made in any reasonable way, right away and no later than 10 business days, and keeping an internal do not call list.
  • Do not call lists. Checking national and state do not call lists where required.
  • Call recording. Telling people before recording a call and getting consent where required. California and several other states require consent from everyone on the call.
  • AI disclosure. Making clear when a person is talking to an automated or AI assistant, as required by laws such as California's bot disclosure law.

Clients may use lead information only to respond to that prospect's home care inquiry. Leads may not be resold, shared with other businesses or added to unrelated marketing lists. The Client is responsible for its own communications and agrees to cover losses and claims that result from its failure to follow these rules.

13. Lead data and health information

Each lead is shared with the Client so it can respond to the inquiry. From that point, the Client is responsible for protecting it with reasonable security and for honoring the prospect's privacy requests. Families sometimes share details about a loved one's health or care needs. Some states, such as Washington and Nevada, treat this as consumer health data, and California treats health details as sensitive personal information. Use these details only to respond to the inquiry, limit who can see them, and delete them when no longer needed.

CareEven is a marketing company, not a health care provider, and is not acting as a HIPAA business associate under the Program. Do not send protected health information to CareEven or to the AI assistant unless a written agreement covers it.

14. State specific disclosures

  • California. Leads and the information in them are personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act. CareEven does not sell lead information to data brokers or share it for cross context behavioral advertising. California calls require all party consent before recording (California Penal Code section 632), and bots used to sell goods or services must say they are bots (California Business and Professions Code section 17941). Under California Civil Code section 1789.3, the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs can be reached at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or (800) 952 5210.
  • Florida, Oklahoma, Maryland and other states have their own telephone solicitation laws with consent, calling hour and call frequency rules. The Client follows the rules of the state where the prospect lives.
  • Washington, Nevada and Connecticut have consumer health data laws that may apply to care needs information. See section 13.
  • Home care advertising. Some states regulate how home care agencies advertise or require license numbers in ads. The Client tells CareEven about any such requirement so campaigns can include it.
Part five: the rest

15. Program changes

CareEven may update its program offerings, marketing methods or features. Material changes to an active Client's pricing or obligations will be communicated in advance and handled under the applicable agreement. Additional services are governed by their own written terms and pricing.

16. Liability and other terms

These Program Terms add to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, AI disclosure and Refund and Cancellation Policy. If they conflict, these Program Terms control for the Program, and a signed written agreement controls over both. To the fullest extent the law allows, CareEven's total liability related to the Program is limited to the management fees the Client paid in the 3 months before the claim, and CareEven is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. These terms are governed by Florida law.

17. Acceptance of terms

By enrolling in the CareEven CashPay Clients Accelerator, the Client acknowledges that:

  • The Program is a marketing and lead generation service, not a guarantee of client acquisition.
  • Within the assigned ZIP codes, CareEven runs CashPay ads for the Client only, and campaign leads go only to the Client. This does not affect CareEven.com directory listings.
  • Advertising costs may be separate from management fees.
  • The subscription is month to month with 30 days written notice to cancel.
  • Invalid leads must be reported within 7 days, and unresponsive leads do not automatically qualify for refunds or replacements.
  • Prompt, consistent and lawful follow up is essential to campaign success.
