We work in your home/residence where persons are better able to thrive in the privacy of their familiar surroundings. Solutions provides care that includes help with all activities of daily living, from 2-24 hours each day. Activities of daily living can include: Personal care assistance including dressing, bathing and hygiene Shopping Food preparation/meal delivery Medication reminders Help with appointments and transportation/escort We will work with your physician/VNA to help monitor any therapies. i.e. Physical/occupational.
