Alexian Brothers PACE

Alexian Brothers PACE is a community resource for families who want to keep their aging and frail family members in their home, rather than moving them to a nursing home. PACE is comprehensive healthcare and daycare for Hamilton County seniors who would otherwise qualify for nursing home care. It combines Medicare and Medicaid benefits to provide full medical services and social activities, at no cost to low-income applicants who qualify.
