Family Home Health Care provides a full range of home health services to clients in Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio and Virginia. The center offers skilled nursing, medical social and personal care services, as well as physical, speech language and occupational therapies. Some of the services under its Home and Community Based Waiver Program include personal care, case management, respite, homemaking, bathing, grooming, meal preparation, minor home adaptations and laundry assistance. Family Home Health Care provides adult day health care for persons who have physical problems, chronic illnesses, Alzheimer s disease or other dementia disorders, difficulty communicating with others and other physical problems.
