Heritage Acres Nursing Home & Assisted Living

Heritage Acres is a multifaceted facility that offers nursing care and assisted and individual living services. Its 36-bed nursing home provides rehabilitative services and physical, occupational and speech therapies. The facility offers nursing assistant training and dietitian and pharmacist consulting services. It also provides assistance with self-administered medication and daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, nail care, and oral and toilet hygiene. Additionally, Heritage Acres offers appointment scheduling, housekeeping, laundry and transportation services, as well as conducts recreational activities for its residents. It features more than 20 studio and one-bedroom accommodations with each of its apartments offering a television, telephone, smoke detector and emergency call light. Located in Hardin, Mont., Heritage Acres is a part of the Big Horn Hospital Association.
