Located in Spencer, Ind., Owen Valley Health Campus is a health care facility that offers skilled nursing, transitional, adult day health, and memory and long-term care services. It maintains an activity department that supports and conducts a variety of weekly outings and recreational activities. The health campus is owned and operated by Trilogy Health Services, which was formed in 1997 and provides housing and health care services to senior citizens by combining adult day health, assisted living and Trilogy Health Services provides assistance with daily living activities and skilled nursing services to meet the physical, medical, social and spiritual needs of patients.
