Woonsocket Health and Rehabilitation Centre is a health care services facility located in Woonsocket, R.I. Established in 1975, the center offers a series of services, such as nursing services, rehabilitation programs and medical services, to name a few. It also specializes in cardiac care, orthopedic rehab, oncology management, postsurgical care, pulmonary rehab, physical, occupational and speech therapy, pain assessment and management, diabetic care and teaching.
